Mid season NFL and the new NBA

After the half way season is underway and passes. I want to try and have something up that corroborates the things I will write about in this post. First and foremost I wanted to say that the NFL will one day move away from the ERA that it has become with almost every team posting prolific numbers at times and being one blockbuster move away from any type of news sensation.
I say new sensation based on the blockbuster trade may not necessarily lead to wins in the column. So, after and during this week Lets see how all the standings are in comparison to what every one thought their seasons would look.
In the NBA it is to early to say what to expect and I seriously doubt that any major trades will be announced until the end of the season. At least none that will be major I expect to see a few free agent moves and maybe a trade or two. Which is as general as I c keep it until I can see what is going on. However it goes time will tell.
